Simple terms

These are the operating terms for Receipt → Dropbox. They are written to match the utility’s small scope.

The service

BuckSimple lets you send supported receipt images to a folder inside the BuckSimple area of your Dropbox. You remain responsible for your files, Dropbox account, and whether a receipt is suitable for your bookkeeping, tax, or legal needs.

Trial and price

Your Dropbox account includes a five-save trial for this tool. After that, continued access is $1 USD per month until cancelled, with a paid limit of 200 saves or 2 GiB per billing period. The exact recurring price and limits are shown again before checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing portal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps access active until that period ends.

Availability

The service depends on Dropbox, Stripe, internet access, and hosting providers. BuckSimple may pause the utility for maintenance or security and cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

Aggregate traffic measurement

BuckSimple may count page views, directory app clicks, tool attempts and successful runs, trial-limit prompts, checkout starts, and paid Stripe invoices using daily aggregate totals and coarse source categories such as direct, Google, Bing, Facebook, AI assistant, or other. These totals do not identify individual visitors and may omit blocked events or include automated browser activity, so they are operational estimates rather than audited measurements.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, probe the service, bypass the trial or paid-use limits, or interfere with other users.

App ideas

Ideas are voluntary and do not promise that BuckSimple will build or respond to a suggestion. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or sensitive information.

Refunds and support

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge was duplicated or made in error, email robh@bucksimple.com within 14 days and Breakpoint Industries Inc will review it promptly.
