Simple terms

These are the operating terms for Receipt → Dropbox. They are written to match the utility’s small scope.

The service

BuckSimple lets you send supported receipt images to a folder inside the BuckSimple area of your Dropbox. You remain responsible for your files, Dropbox account, and whether a receipt is suitable for your bookkeeping, tax, or legal needs.

Free use and price

Your first five successful uploads are free per Dropbox account. After that, continued access is $1 USD per month until cancelled. The exact recurring price is shown again before checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing portal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps access active until that period ends.

Availability

The service depends on Dropbox, Stripe, internet access, and hosting providers. BuckSimple may pause the utility for maintenance or security and cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, probe the service, bypass the free-use limit, or interfere with other users.

Refunds and support

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge was duplicated or made in error, email rob@breakpointind.com within 14 days and Breakpoint Industries Inc will review it promptly.
